Our one day workshops equip you to
turn ideas into practical changes. They include follow-up web
based support and are designed for those who want to work on a specific
idea or who just want to improve their general thinking, problem
solving and change management skills. See below for details of our 2007

The Mindworks Approach Online
We are now able to offer full online delivery of the Mindworks Approach, including coaching, to individuals and teams which want to improve existing situations and develop new ideas. Combining a range of internet based technologies, the Mindworks Learning and Coaching System is very easy to use.Online delivery provides many benefits for users. One Day Workshops
Our one day workshops provide an intensive, practical and stimulating introduction
to the Mindworks Approach, enabling participants to learn the
approach by applying it to real situations.
Participants learn how to:
- apply the approach to any organised activity
- switch between learning styles
- maximise idea generation
- deal with both complex and simple situations
- use the nine step process in conjunction with other thinking tools
- turn ideas into practical action
- keep track of and build on ideas
Structure
- participants receive a copy of an introductory guide - part of the Mindworks Approach Starter Pack before the workshop
- during the workshop participants work mostly in small groups, applying the Approach to real situations
- web-based follow-up support is provided after the workshop
Costs

Who should attend?
- anyone who is interested in improving a current activity; developing a new organisation or part of one; planning a project or learning how to improve their ability to innovate
- we design bespoke workshops for teams - please contact us for further information
- we also provide training for coaches who wish to deliver Mindworks Approach based programmes within their own organisations
Our one day workshops also provide a
good way of enabling participants to assess whether the Mindworks
Approach would be of value to their organisations.
What does the Starter Pack include?
- A guide to the approach and a worked example on a single, laminated A4 card
- A CD-ROM containing printable supplementary material, an audio guide to the approach in the form of an MP3 file which talks users through each of the steps, and a series of presentations which provide additional guidance and tips
- three Mindworks Meeting Cards - including our Deja-Vu card and Premature Evaluation card - which are designed to enable productive dialogue.
